Job Description
Our client is a leading organisation within the motor industry and one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers of high quality automotive aftermarket products and they are seeking a Branch Manager who can run the daily operations, driving sales and customer growth.
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a small team at their Lincoln branch. You will need to be able to demonstrate professional managerial skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. As a motivational and inspirational leader, you’ll drive sales growth through personal customer contact, and developing team performance and customer service levels.
Sales experience would be an advantage as you will be arranging and attending client visits to generate new business opportunities.
You need to be a proactive, flexible and hands-on person and this is a great role for an organised Manager with experience in a similar role preferably in the automotive sector. You’ll need a strong sales and operational management background and this blend of skills is needed to be successful in this very competitive market place.
The Branch Manager is responsible for all daily operations, profit & loss, team management and development. Therefore you’ll be a results oriented, KPI driven individual with ability to quickly understand where the opportunities are for growth – and be able to bring your new team along with you.
